Delete your account and data

Delete inside the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and tap ⚙ Settings in the lobby.
2. Tap Account & cloud save, then Delete my account & online data, and confirm.

Your Daimyo Cards data is deleted immediately and your phone starts a fresh profile. If your account is not used by any other Bao Bao Gaming Studios game, the login itself is deleted too; if it is, your other games are left untouched.

Delete your whole account by email

1. Email mugentalesreview@gmail.com with the subject "Daimyo Cards account deletion", and include your player name.
2. If you linked Google or Apple, send the email from that address.
3. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

Your sign-in is one Bao Bao Gaming Studios account, shared across all our games. Deleting the whole account deletes your progress in every one of them, not just this one.

What is deleted

Your cloud save (level, koban, tickets, charms, stats, unlocks and shop items), your player name, your cup results, your monthly ranking entries and your league standings, and, when the whole account is deleted, any linked Google or Apple sign-in.

What may be kept

Short-lived server security logs expire on their own. The copy of your progress on your own device stays until you uninstall the game (deleting in the game also resets it).
